Dolphin was formed from the knowledge and combined experience of a small group of independent thinking people who have worked in the design/construction industry for over 20 years.
Dolphin Construction Ltd is an independent Commercial/Residential refurbishment Contractor and Multi-Discipline Support Service Company. Dolphin was formed in 2003 by Mr John Kelley-Quinn (MD) with a primarily aim as a residential refurbishment developer. However, over the last 2 years Dolphin has established itself as one of the North West leading contractors generating contracts in excess of £100m.
Our Clients range from individual owner occupier to Local Authorities, Government Bodies and Large PLC Companies. We also have an excellent Land Asset Bank upon which we aim to develop over the coming years, one being a 5 star Golf & Leisure Resort in Hoylake.
